The Youth Transformation Center is an equal opportunity organization committed to non-discrimination and anti-harassment in all the activities in which it engages. 

It is the policy of the Youth Transformation Center to prohibit all forms of discrimination and harassment of or by youth, adults, employees, contractors and volunteers, including harassment and discrimination based on actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, marital status, military/veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, or based on an individual’s association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. It is the intent of this policy to cover any class protected, now or in the future by state or federal law.  This Non-Discrimination policy shall be adhered to in all activities undertaken by the Youth Transformation Center including employment, contracting, policy making and direct or indirect provision of services.
